Our Story


Florentines began as a small boutique patisserie over 30 years ago.

It wasn’t long before we realised we had something special and a wholesale business was born, supplying cafes, restaurants and caterers all over the country.

They love our quality difference.

Florentines manufacture frozen desserts, cakes, slices and muffins in our purpose-built state of the art manufacturing facility.
